Anyone and Everyone Can Go From Couch to Incredible!
Regardless of your level of fitness you can look forward to a fun, welcoming environment that reduces stress, corrects any crazy myths about fitness and nutrition, and most of all, provides you with an avenue to feel incredible! As you take this journey, you'll quickly find that you feel motivated, strong, and confident. We're going to have a great time giving your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle a healthy jump start for the new year. Here is the run down of what you have to look forward to:
5 Weeks is All You Need to Go From Couch to Incredible!
The program will take place on five consecutive Wednesdays, Jan 11, 18, 25, & Feb 1, 8 at 5:30pm. Each session will last about an hour, but not to worry - we won't be working out the entire time. We will start with a group warm up followed by an instructional session to teach some basic functional movements. After that, we will get our workout in and finish up with some stretching, joint mobility, and tips for the upcoming week.
Each week we'll focus on a new fitness movement, and a nutrition and lifestyle challenge. You will receive programming for two workouts to do at home and details on your weekly challenge at the end of each session. Your coaches will support you via email and social media to help keep you on track. The weekly challenges and at home workouts will keep positive change on the forefront of your mind, reinforce good habits, and give you actionable tasks to help you get fit, loose weight, and feel incredible.
The last piece of the puzzle is making sure that you walk through the doors with an open mind - be ready to work hard and kick off some positive change in your life! On the day of class, make sure to have a light snack, hydrate well, and wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
