1. What was your fitness, CrossFit, or yoga "life" like before you started training with True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga?
Prior to True Spirit CrossFit and Yoga, I was a couch potato that thought a few push-ups here and there meant I was physically fit.
2. What brought you to True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga in the first place?
I was in the worst shape of my life and I confided in my friend who motivated me to change the way I look at fitness.
3. What was your first impression? Has that changed? The coaches and members that work together to help everyone reach their goals really left an impression on me.
4. What was the first fun or positive thing you experienced while training with us?
Being able to walk on my hands for the first time was probably the most fun. It showed that I was improving my balance, strength, and control.
5. Are you working on any special CrossFit related skill now?
Right now I am working towards a body weight bench press, implementing kipping pull-ups, and muscle ups.
6. How has you life changed since training with TSCF?
Since joining, my diet, energy, and productivity have improved tremendously. I am happier and healthier all around.
7. What's your favorite True Spirit CrossFit memory?
My favorite memory at TSCF was when I PRed my deadlift at the Halloween party "Night of the Living Deadlift." Not only was it a lot of fun being dressed up, but there was great energy to keep pushing forward.
