Our spring OCR training program will get you ready to run, climb, crawl, carry, and throw. We have trained several age division champions. We will teach you how to get Spartan tough!

Train your body to take you any place you want to go;  no matter how far, no matter how fast.  Develop the strength, speed, endurance, and coordination that is your birthright as a human being.  Then learn to apply those attributes in the mud, sand and water. 

Relive your childhood

Come play in the mud with us!  We will crawl, run and jump through various environments in the carefree spirit of childhood.  Oh, and there might be some straw bales to climb over as well.
