All classes are free for your family members, friends, co-workers, and anyone else with whom you'd like to introduce to True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga. We've created some fun and challenging partner workouts for the next three days. If you're flying solo in class, never fear, we'l partner you up with someone. Have fun! Today's Workout Guest Days Workout #1 1 min on 1 min off for 24 min Partner 1 works for one minute, then partner 2 works for one minute before switching stations. Each duo will complete three rounds.
