Today's Workout The Movement Fix's best thoracic mobility routine then, James’s Choice 3 Rounds for time of: 75 Double Unders 41 Sit-ups 10 Overhead squats 115/75# Today's workout was created by Coach James. It's 3 rounds to represent his birth day, 75 double unders to celebrate his birth year, 41 sit-ups to celebrate his age, and 10 overhead squats to celebrate his birth month. This workout is meant to be fast, aim to complete it in less than 10 mins. It develops speed, coordination, shoulder and core strength. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing these great tips on your blog. I think that each person has to exercise once in a while. Before, I never knew that there is a workout that is specifically designed for thoracic mobility. I am surprised when I saw this and I think that I would want to try this. I hope that on your next blogs, you will cover more workout routines for the different parts of the body.

I really like your word "forty-onedurful". I hate how I was not able to think about then when I turned 41. Coach James does not seem that age, because he looks really young. I think it may be because he is really physically active, which makes him healthier. Furthermore, I think it is because he was able to do stuff that he really like.
