Our Fall 2014 Whole Life Challenge has drawn to a close. We still have a few players who still need to record their final workout, but I can tell you that everyone has made fantastic progress! Our team sits comfortably at 226 out of over 1000 teams. Nicely done!
Wendy Richards, Mike Koziel, Karen Hedges and Donna Wyatt all lost more than 5 inches off their bodies! Michàel Palmer and Bob Ferrel both lost over 20 pounds. Incredible! Everyone also made fantastic fitness gains. Mary Corwin, Coach James's mom, dropped 5 min off her one mile walk time. The final uphill run proved to be no big deal for Allyson who took 40 seconds off, Sarah took 33 seconds off, Bob took 34 seconds off, Michàel took 49 seconds off, and Wendy took 47 seconds off their run times.
