Ben, Heather (Red Feather), and Glee are the TOP 3 Fall Whole Life Challenge finishers! Congratulations to everyone who participated, finished and completed the Fall 2017 Whole Life Challenge. We had 23 motivated people back in September who started the challenge. Eight weeks later 11 people finished the challenge and 7 people completed the challenge. What's the difference between finishing and completing? Finishing the challenge is keeping up with the 7 healthy lifestyle habits through to the end. Completing the challenge is repeating the workout, remeasuring your body and recording your final results. The Whole Life Challenge has three components: 1. Daily Lifestyle Points, 2. Body Composition, 3. Workout Performance. Ben earned the most Daily Lifestyle points with 1840. Red Feather had the best Body Composition change at 6% and a whopping 27% Workout Performance Improvement. Glee was the most consistent in all three categories, had the best mental game and won our hearts with this Facebook Post: We have prizes for all three winners. We also have a prize for you! A shorter, 6 week, Whole Life Challenge that starts in January. We have already formed our team. Why not join us today? Click here to join our New Year Whole Life Challenge. Take advantage of the $39 early bird registration. Make the commitment to yourself!
