Meg and Siri row hard. Today brings our second Row'd Royalty workout. 
It's Foodie Friday! I love Foodie Fridays because I love to eat! Today's recipe comes to us from CrossFit. Did you know CrossFit has a cooking course called Culinary Ninja? It's true! 

The CrossFit Workshop: Culinary Ninja teaches participants:
  1. Batch calculations of recipes—how to develop and cook balanced recipes and bring efficiency to your meal prep.
  2. Nutrition math—calories-to-grams conversions, Zone-block calculations, macronutrient percentage calculations.
  3. Chef’s knife skills—how to hold a knife, ergonomic station set-up, basic cuts.
  4. Chef’s seasoning tricks—toasting spices, properly salting, dry versus fresh herbs, timing.
  5. Chef’s tips and tricks—how to maximize efficiency, how to minimize waste, kitchen do’s and don’ts.
  6. Chef’s food theory—working with heat, sweet, sour and salt. How to reduce sugar and fat by pairing these elements in a balanced manner.
Culinary Ninja courses are taught all over the country. Check out the course schedule here. You can still learn to cook like a culinary ninja be watching the series of videos. Or you can attend a Sprouts Dinner Club with our very own Chef Heather Kahler. Look for the next Sprouts class in the spring.

Thank you for sharing an informative blog! I am so glad because I can apply these tips on my workout schedules. I have gone to the gym in the morning every Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and I also calculate my calorie intake. At first, I needed an inspiration on going to the gym, but when I saw my weights, I have realized that I really needed to go there. Fortunately, I am starting to loose weight now and beginning to form into a good shape.

That was a unique skill. I am thinking about this activity and I think that this is so fun and at the same time, a lot of learning to absorb. This is not just about by doing skills regarding cooking, but also for things like self defense mechanism. I would really appreciate to be a participant in this activity. I am hoping to hear new updates regarding this. I hope many people would find out about this.
