JP jumping rope like a champ! He finished Coach Dover's Grade A Fitness program and just completed his 25th class! We made it to Friday! YES! Today is our retest of the fall nutrition challenge workout. Today the Whole Life Challenge ends, our Macrostax Challenge continues until Monday. Hang in there! You can do this! Now that we're at the end of our challenge I have a question for you. "What is the difference between finishing and completing the challenge?" Is your motivation to continue with the same intensity as we all had at the beginning still high? Are you feeling strong or feeling like you may just fizzle out to the end? What does it mean to you to complete the challenge as compared to finishing the challenge? This is a great time to reflect on the past 6 weeks and acknowledge everything you've learned. Is there a lifestyle factor that you've incorporated that now feels easy as opposed to when you started? How are you different? Share with me your thoughts in the comments.
