As you begin rounds 4 and 5 of today's workout, you might wish for a partner to help you. Who wouldn't want Jake B. or Barry's help with this workout?
Sometimes it is more fun to do things, especially hard things, with a little help from our friends. Having partners and teammates can help keep you motivated, engaged, accountable and focused. No doubt we've all experienced that moment where we face a daunting task and with the help of others it just seems effortless. We certainly felt that way last summer when we took down the wall and expanded. When we work together a team we can accomplish so much more! 
We could use your help again this Saturday. We are installing the trim and need help holding those 20 foot long boards in place while we screw them in. Please be at the gym at 11:45am on Saturday if you can help. Thanks!
We are excited to announce our Friday Night Lights CrossFit Games Open Team Intramural event! The CrossFit Games Open is a 5-week worldwide CrossFit competition that is accessible to EVERYONE! We will be forming teams and doing The Open workouts together every Friday night starting on Friday, Feb 28th. The Friday Night Lights event is FREE! All we ask is that you show up, work hard, cheer on your teammates and have a good time. We will be sharing more details of Intramural format in the next few days. For now, get excited and keep your March Friday nights open!
