We had a great time at our Baseline and Beers event last Friday. Everyone who completed the Baseline improved and established a new PR (personal record.) We are so proud of all you and your obvious hard work. What a thrill it is to see you all get stronger, fitter and healthier. What fun it was to introduce your friends and family to True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga.
Working out with a group is a powerful motivator. We have a strong social network at the gym, and the strength of this network can keep us consistent and focused on our heath and fitness goals. In our gym you are a member of a motivated group of folks who are working toward a similar goal.
