I'm super excited to announce we are launching our own in-house lifestyle and nutrition challenge in January. Our 6-week 2019 New Year Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge will be run through the Lifestyle feature of the Beyond the Whiteboard app.
We will have 2 challenge categories scaled and Rx'd. Both options include daily tracking of lifestyle habits of exercise, hydration, mobility, sleep, fish oil supplementation and nutrition on BTWB. We know that daily accountability and tracking of
 sleep, hydration, mobility and nutrition have the greatest affect on your health and wellness. 
Nutrition for the scaled option is a Paleo challenge and whereas the Rx'd option will be counting macros according to your personal macro amounts. 
Our challenge will include regular check-ins with a nutrition coach, Audy Butler, with whom we are partnering. During your weekly check-ins, you will discuss your goals and progress. You will weigh in and get your body fat measured.
​We will be using these data to determine the winner of our challenge. 
Part of your final score will be Lifestyle points, part will be workout improvement and part will be body composition. 
We are so excited to offer this personalized and highly accountable challenge for you this year.
I have written several times about the very cool lifestyle feature in Beyond the Whiteboard. Read this post if you missed it. Be sure to play around with it now since we'll be using it for our challenge.

Are you joining us for our Holiday Party this Friday at 6:30pm?

Join us for our Winter Holiday Party. We will enjoy a Paleo Potluck and White Elephant gift exchange starting at 6:30 PM. If you don't want to workout, then join us for the potluck and gift exchange. Friends and family are welcome! 

Please bring a Paleo dish to share (meat, vegetables, nuts/seeds, no dairy, no grains, no dried legumes). Be sure to tell us in the Paleo Potluck poll what kind of dish you're bringing. We'd like to include a recipe exchange, so please bring small cards or printouts of your Paleo recipe to share with everyone.
