Happy Birthday Donna!
Today is a special milestone birthday for Donna. We're so happy she's a part of our gym. Donna started private training with Coach Leslie and two months later she competed in her very first Power Lifting competition. She won her division! Today, we are holding our own Discover Your True Power, Powerlifting Competition, to celebrate Donna's Birthday. Come on down and see for yourself how powerful you really are. Today's Workout Powerlifting Total Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift You have three attempts at each lift. You must increase weight each round unless you fail, in which case you may attempt the same weight in the next round. If you fail an attempt, you may not reduce the weight for the following attempt. Add the heaviest lift in each exercise for a total score. We have a big team competing in the Row'd Royalty indoor rowing challenge. This is a great challenge for everyone. All of you can row! Sign up here. We will be hosting the workouts on Fridays at 6:30pm. This is a free class time for everyone competing. If you have been considering increasing to 4 CrossFit workouts a week, this is a great way to do it.
