This week's Whole Life Challenge weekly Lifestyle challenge is to get 7 hours of sleep per day. This can be achieved through a combination of nighttime sleep and daytime naps. Sleep is probably the most underrated healthy lifestyle factor. None of us get as much as we need, and lack of sleep impacts our hormones, which impacts our mood, which impacts our relationships, you get the picture. Sleep is so important that I schedule bed-time. No joke! I stopped using an alarm clock (except for mornings when I coach) about 5 years ago, and I couldn't have done that without sticking to a very strict bed-time. Lack of sleep compromises your physical training and ability to lose weight. Did you know:
