This is our 8th and final week on the Whole Life Challenge. We are hearing from many of you about your weight loss, increased energy, improved performance, higher quality of life, etc. The length of the Whole Life Challenge allows for integration of profound and significant lifestyle changes. Many of us learn what our vices are, learn how to discard what we no longer need, and learn what are our priorities. This week's lifestyle challenge is to perform an intentional act of kindness every day. It doesn't need to be a grand act of kindness, it can be small and meaningful. It can be large and wonderful. The size of the act doesn't matter. What matters is that you are intentionally doing something kind for someone else. When all of us are kind and thoughtful, our community, culture, and personal disposition improves. How lucky are we that we all get to meet for an hour every day (or several times a week), go through an intense shared experience and be kind to each other. That's the kind of community I want to be in. How about you? What kind act have you done today?
