Today is the final day of our 8 week Whole Life Challenge. We are so proud of all of you who participated. Special kudos to all of you who finished. Eight weeks is a long time, and many of you worked through peaks and valleys in terms of motivation, health, commitment, etc. Even if you didn't finish in the way that you wanted, you still learned something. Remember, sometimes we win and sometimes we learn. If you didn't finish in the style you had hoped for. What can you do differently next time? We will be doing this next Whole Life Challenge. It begins in May. That gives us all plenty of time to reflect on our success and failures. Perhaps for the next WLC, you won't strive for perfection or a 100% score. Maybe you meet yourself where you are, and just focus on one or two lifestyle factors. Maybe you finally commit to stretching and doing mobility everyday. Maybe you finally commit to drinking 1/3 of your body weight in water every day. Maybe you finally commit to recognizing that life is sometimes hard, and you get through it breath by breath.
Good luck today to everyone who is running the Run to the Pub. Those beers are well earned! Good luck to everyone completing their final WLC Double Baseline workout!
