Our mindset is a collection of attitudes and beliefs we hold. I have observed many athletes over my 6 years of coaching. I can tell you something for certain, our mindset is the most powerful "muscle" we can develop. Henry Ford's famous quote, "If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right" is true! Your attitude is everything! I have seen people do incredible things because they believed they could. Today I challenge you to pause and check-in on your mindset. What is the story you're telling yourself? Rewrite your story into one of positivity and a "can-do" attitude. Recognize that your words have power. What we think we become. Today's Workout Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of: 50 Double Unders 20 DB Snatches 50/35# 25ft Handstand walk If you don't, yet, have consistent double unders or handstand walks, spend no more than one minute on double under attempts and 2 minutes on handstand walks. Scaling options for handstand walk are 25 shoulder taps or 50 feet bear crawl. This workout develops our coordination, accuracy, agility, balance, and speed. Good luck!
