Remember how fun it was to run together? We will run together again someday.
This week is, for many of us, our first full week working from home. You're going to encounter obstacles and challenges. The best thing you can do to help make this transition as smooth as possible is to keep to your regular schedule as much as you are able. As part of our remote coaching program, on Sunday and/or Monday all of you are asked to schedule your training sessions for the week and let your remote coach when (day and time) you plan to workout. This is a positive practice for a few reasons. You plan a time dedicated to your fitness and make a commitment to yourself. You also enable your remote coach to hold you accountable. A major benefit to attending group classes is the accountability. All of your gym buddies and your coach notice when you're absent and we follow-up with you. With all of us hunkering down at home, it's easy to become isolated and withdrawn. Your remote coach is a consistent buzzing in your ear. You can expect multiple emails, texts, FaceTime calls and Facebook check-ins with us as we help you stay healthy and active during the Covid-19 crisis. We're in this together, and our coaches are not going to let you drift off into the deep, dark pit of self isolation.
