Today's workout, Tabata This!, is scored by your lowest rep in each of the intervals. Your strategy for this workout is consistency. Strive for a number of reps you can do for each interval. Aim to have only a 2 rep decrease from the first interval to the 8th interval. Do not go all out in the first 4 intervals only to fade in the end. Tabata This! is a great workout to work on pacing and consistency. Good luck! Today's Workout Spend 15 minutes working on your goals & goats. Work on the same goal or goat you did last week. Then, Tabata This! Tabata Row (calories) Rest 1 min Tabata Air Squat Rest 1 min Tabata Pull-up Rest 1 min Tabata Push-up Rest 1 min Tabata AbMat Sit-up Score is the lowest reps performed in each of the intervals. If you can do this workout as Rx'd, it will be used by Beyond the Whiteboard to calculate your Fitness Level in the Bodyweight category. Compare to December 13, 2014.
