Jeremy farmer carries two kettlebells. The official CrossFit definition is constantly varied high intensity functional movement. Constantly varied programming mixes up elements like rowing, running. cycling, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebell swings, pull-ups, burpees, etc., in endless combinations that develop our endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and accuracy. Today's workout includes a movement we have never done. The KB squat thrust is like a burpee, except you don't go all the way to the ground and you keep hold of the kettlebell. Watch the video to see how it's done. Learning new things is important for keeping our brains active, maintaining variance in our programming, and keeping workouts fun and interesting. I hope you enjoy the kettlebell squat thrust today! Our Spring Whole Life Challenge starts this Saturday, April 14.
