Jessie demonstrating one of the movements we're doing today. Last week I wrote that hope is not a plan. Hope is an optimistic attitude based on an expectation of positive outcomes based on actions you've taken. What I want to explore today is what actions are you willing to do in order to have the expectation of a positive outcome. In other words, what choices are you willing to make to set up an expectation of positive outcomes? One of the reasons I love the Whole Life Challenge so much is that it sets us up for success. You make deliberate choices and are accountable to the consequences of those choices for 7 lifestyle factors. Because you are taking action towards a healthier lifestyle through daily exercise, hydration, mobility, adequate sleep, nutrition, daily reflection and a rotating weekly well-being practice, you are setting yourself up for a positive outcome. Positive outcomes create momentum, momentum breeds success, success makes us happy. As I was preparing to write today's Mental Toughness blog I listened to Chasing Excellence (as I do every week) and was super excited that Ben Bergeron discusses this very topic, "What are you willing to do?" Are you willing to listen to the entire podcast? I hope so;-) Our Spring Whole Life Challenge starts this Saturday, April 14. Weather permitting, we will do our WLC workout on Friday. This WLC we are taking measurements AND taking 3 InBody scans (first week, third week, sixth week.) Be sure to get a FREE COUPON for your InBody scan or be here Monday at 5pm when the Complete Nutrition folks will be here. Are you ready to sign up for the WLC? Click on the image below.
