The 6am crew of Annie, Karl and Zack are looking so good!
Today's blog post is written by Coach Heidi This week’s Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is: Declutter It’s time for a little spring cleaning! We all have clutter in our lives. We let it pile up here and there: on the counters, in the garage, in secret corners, and under the bed. We have those tasks that never seem to get checked off the list. Jobs that never quite get finished. Ideas that never get developed. The clutter tends to weigh on us, affect us in ways that can bring a negative impact on our lives. We stress about it, thinking about ‘all of those things that need doing’ but never really get finished. That little nagging voice in our heads adding pressure and stress to our day. Wasting precious time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere. This week, we are going to set ourselves free. Get a few of those things straightened out so we can free up a little of our time and energy. Each day this week, actively remove clutter from your space or life. It could be one big project that you work on a little bit each day. It could be a new small task that you tackle each day. Be it the garage, your email inbox, a cluttered desk or counter, even a small job can make a big impact. Today’s Workout: Goals & Goats: 15 minutes to work on skills. This is a great time to work on the pulling progressions we have been doing for the past 6 weeks Then: 3 Rounds for time of: 500m Row 21 Burpees 400m Run This workout is all about your engine.
