4/16 Mobility Monday

How is our 28 Day Overhead Mobility Challenge going for you? Our mobility challenge asks you to spend less than 10 minutes, on days you're not in class, working on our overhead mobility. We have a handy spreadsheet for you to follow. Ask your coach for a copy in class today. We continue to do our MWod overhead mobility exercises in all of our classes this week so you know which MWod exercises you should do at home. 
The Festivus Games are HERE! Yes, this Saturday we are hosting s super fun CrossFit competition specifically for novice, intermediate, and masters athletes. We are so psyched to have over 14 of our very own True Spirit competitors. However, we need your help! 
A successful competition depends upon a committed cadre of volunteers. Thank you so much to these wonderful True Spirit folks who are volunteering at our Festivus Games: Katie D., Zach, Glee, Katie H., Mercedes, Duane, Kim, J-Bo, Brian K., Kerri, Annie, and Maelin. We need YOU to help make our competition super fun. We need volunteers for 4 different 1.5 hour time slots. You can volunteer for just one time slot or for all four. 
Our Festivus Games are going to be so much fun! Taco Montes food truck arrives at noon, Athleta trunk show starts at 2, Montana Meat Co. is having a huge sale on frozen, local meat (bring your cooler to stock-up), and we're tapping the keg at 3. Please join us! You don't need any judging experience, just a willingness to hold athletes to the competition standards and an ability to count reps.
