Remember these? Yep, they're back on the menu! Go lighter than what you used during the Open. 
How did your poop journal go last week? Did any of you download a poop app to track your crap? 
This week's Whole Life Challenge Off-Season Weekly Practice is to STOP PROCRASTINATING! 
The instructions are simple:
  1. Each day this week, you’ll do one thing that you’ve been “meaning to do” for a long time.
  2. It doesn’t matter how big or how small the task happens to be — you’ll get it done one step at a time, starting now.
  3. Pick a big task to tackle throughout the week or a different small task each day.
The folks at the Whole Life Challenge think this skill is important because: 
We all procrastinate, pushing our “to-do” lists into the future.

We do it because a task is unpleasant, because we’re not sure how to accomplish it, or simply because we’re delaying the inevitable.

Unfortunately, there’s a mental cost to that procrastination. While we get the sweet relief of escaping work in the near-term, a nagging feeling of incompleteness remains, creating unnecessary stress and anxiety over the long-term.

This week, we’ll relieve ourselves of that burden (while making a serious dent in our “to-do” lists). In the process, we’ll develop a habit of action, creating momentum and removing procrastination from our daily routine — and becoming more productive people.

This workout is a lot easier than your previous suggestions. I believe that I'll have an easier time doing this than the others. Thank you for making this helpful post. I now have an exercise routine when I go to the gym. I'll definitely benefit from this and I cannot wait to try it out as soon as possible.
