We opened our doors two years ago today! Thank you everyone, for making this place so special. Our True Spirit community is unique and totally amazing! We hope you all join us this Saturday for our anniversary party from 4-10pm at the East Gallatin Rec Area. We have a special thank you to Heather Kahler, Sarah Anderson and Kerri Strasheim. These three terrific ladies have been members for TWO YEARS! All three joined the first week we opened. Thanks for your loyalty ladies! Thank you Coaches Noah and Jon who helped us build the gym. We couldn't have done this without you both. We thought it would be fun to repeat our very first workout. Of course it includes picking up something heavy and rowing, two of our very favorite things! We haven't gone heavy on our deadlift for a while. Today's the day to get heavy. If the first two sets feel good, drop the reps and go for a new max effort!
