Evening class looking strong on the ergs. Woohoo! It's Foodie Friday! For the past several weeks I have been writing about food quality and food quantity. These are the two things you should focus on above anything else when you're making improvements to your nutrition habits. For the past 2 weeks I have written about Macros and how to use them to determine your food quantity. There are several free resources online you can use to help you. I recently came across an very cool and free website called, Eat This Much. Eat this Much will tell you, based on the inputs you select, exactly how many calories and macros to eat. It will also give you meal plans, grocery lists, and it will personalize these if you choose Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, or Mediterranean options. This is seriously one of the coolest and most useful free macro websites/apps I have come across. I created a meal plan based on my inputs and ETM provided a tasty spicy chicken salad recipe that I will for sure make when I return home from the Olympic Training Center.
