We are gearing up for our Fall nutrition challenges. This fall we are offering 2 challenges, Whole Life Challenge and a Macrostax Challenge. Early bird registration for the Whole Life Challenge ends today, with returning players saving 40% and new players saving 20%. 
Both challenges last 6 weeks. The Whole Life Challenge focuses on food quality and 6 other healthy lifestyle habits, sleep, hydration, exercise, mobility, daily reflection and rotating weekly lifestyle challenge. The Macrostax challenge focuses on food quantity. Both challenges have robust Apps for both iPhone and Android users. 
Macrostax is based on macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates and fat) consumption. You will get a personalized macro plan based on your height, weight, gender, activity level and goals. Everyday you will input your food into the app and it will tell you how many macros you've eaten. You will have to weigh and measure your food in order to accurately count your macros. The Macrostax App can create daily, or weekly meal plans and text or email you the shopping list and recipes. You can also input your measurements and photos to measure your progress and stay motivated. 
You'll use WLC App to enter your 7 daily lifestyle habits. You can use the integrated social media function to interact with teammates. You will get daily and weekly updates on your points. 
Both challenges have robust on-line support via websites, YouTube videos, and Facebook groups. Both challenges start around the same time, WLC on Sep 29th and Macrostax on Oct 1. The Macrostax challenge costs $55. The Whole Life Challenge costs $39 for new players and $29 for returning players. If you register today you'll enjoy a early bird discount. If we get 10 WLC challengers 30% of the registration fees are returned to the gym so we can award a cash prize to the winner.
