Game faces! Today's Foodie Friday recipe is courtesy of the folks at Whole Life Challenge. It's a great example of the support we get during the WLC. The 8 week WLC is so much more than a nutrition challenge, it's an opportunity to practice being the person we want to be. Want to be the person who drinks less? Done. Want to be the person that's not tired? Done. Want to be the person who exercises regularly? Done. During the WLC you get to try on different lifestyle habits and see if they fit. You are supported by the game organizers and by all of us at the gym. You have accountability. You have a tribe.
