Our Fall Whole Life Challenge starts in 10 days, have you registered? Click here to join our team. We will meet next Saturday, September 19th at noon for a pre-challenge meeting. If you have any questions about the challenge, this is the time to get them answered. We will also complete our pre-challenge workout and take our body measurements. If you can't make this time, please email Coach Leslie to make alternate arrangements. The Whole Life Challenge is an 8 week challenge to learn new (or improved) healthy lifestyle choices. You will score yourself on nutrition, hydration, exercise, mobility, supplements, daily reflection and a weekly lifestyle challenge. The WLC is set up to reward you for progress not perfection. It's not about earning points, necessarily, its about learning about yourself. This is your time to explore your relationship with food, stress, emotions, and all the things life throws our way. We invite you to write something on the wall you would like to get rid of. During classes on Friday, you all are invited to take a sledgehammer to the wall and help us knock it down.
