Today starts our new summer partnership with Breathelight Yoga studio. All of our memberships now include yoga classes at Breathelight Yoga's studio in the Emerson. The owners of Breathelight Yoga also do CrossFit, and their yoga classes are designed to help you increase your balance, mobility and flexibility. Check our their class schedule here. You will notice their class schedule is included in our online schedule. You can RSVP and check-in for yoga classes there just like you do here at True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga.

Today's Workout 21-15-9 reps, for time of: Front Squat 95/65 lbs Burpee Pull-up This workout is used by Beyond the Whiteboard to determine your Fitness Level in the Light workout category.  Derek, Coach Jon and Becky do overhead weighted walking lunges for the Heroine WOD White. If you can hold the weight with straight arms, your arms won't get fatigued as quickly.
